1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services offered by PreProx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Products, Services, or Websites.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PREPROX. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Products and Services
PREPROX provides internet traffic proxy services and temporary SMS verification numbers (“Products” or “Services”) to its users. These may include proxy connections, temporary US-based mobile numbers, extensions, tools, or related offerings made available from time to time.
To use our services, you are responsible for acquiring all necessary equipment and internet access at your own expense. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees regarding specific outcomes or performance.
3. Payments and Auto-Refunds
Payments for proxy purchases, SMS verifications, deposits, or other services will be processed via supported payment mechanisms displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy provided prior to purchase.
SMS Verification Guarantee: If an SMS verification code is not successfully received within the allocated timeout window (typically 420 seconds), the session will automatically expire and the transaction cost will be instantly refunded to your PREPROX wallet. Manually cancelled active SMS sessions before code arrival are also fully refunded to the user wallet.
Balances paid in any form of cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches
- Spamming, fraud, phishing, or unsolicited messaging
- Using SMS verification numbers to register accounts for financial fraud, illegal impersonation, or harassment
- Use of the Services for any illegal or harmful activities
- Disruption, interference, or damage to networks, systems, or data
- Abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for users who violate these Terms.
5. Third-Party Websites & Promotions
Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services. PREPROX is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third parties. Participation in any third-party promotion or advertising is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and other materials on our Websites are the property of PREPROX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any of this content without written permission.
7. Content You Create
Any content you submit to PREPROX (e.g., messages, feedback) is considered non-confidential, and by submitting it you grant PREPROX a perpetual, worldwide right to use, adapt, publish, and distribute that content for any purpose.
Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless agreed in writing.
8. Privacy & Security
In order to access certain products or services, you may need to register an account and provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
PREPROX provides its Products and Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your expectations.
You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk, and PREPROX is not responsible for any loss of data, service interruption, or any damages arising from use of the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREPROX’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PREPROX harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PREPROX. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
