1.6. This Policy applies to all Products or Services offered via our Websites. It does not apply to third-party websites or services even if linked from our Websites. Continued use of our Products or Services constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

Upstream Telecommunications (SMS Verifications): To fulfill SMS verification requests, necessary technical routing data (such as the target service being verified) is securely transmitted to upstream telecommunication partners and mobile network providers. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from your PREPROX account is attached to or shared with these external upstream Telco requests.
5.4. Third-party services linked from our Websites operate under their own policies. PreProx is not responsible for their practices.
5.5. Data may be disclosed to enforce Terms or prevent illegal activities.
5.6. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
5.7. Non-personal data may be shared for analytics and fraud prevention purposes.
6. Security of Personal Data

8. VPN Service Disclosure (Mobile App Only)
8.1. The PreProx Android application utilizes the Android VpnService to provide
secure proxy connection services. This is a core functionality of the application.
8.2. Data Handling via VPN Tunnel: We do not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data that is transmitted through the VPN tunnel created by our application. Your internet traffic remains private and is not inspected by the PreProx application.
8.3. Purpose: The VpnService is used strictly to route your device's traffic through the whitelisted proxies you configure in the application, ensuring your privacy while browsing.
9. Children’s Privacy
9.1. Our Products and Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Policy Updates
8.1. PreProx may update this Policy periodically. Updates take effect upon posting.
8.2. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
