Coverage statementBusiness-day support availability
Response time can vary with request complexity and volume. Include your order or lease identifier, the time of the issue, and a concise description to help us investigate.
TESTING METHODOLOGY
How proxy and IP checks are produced
Proxy connection test
The authenticated Proxy Checker attempts a connection using the submitted host, port, protocol, and optional credentials. It records whether the connection succeeds, the observed exit IP, HTTP status, and measured request timing.
IP reputation signals
The IP Reputation Checker requests current network and reputation attributes from a third-party intelligence provider. Results can include network ownership, approximate location, and proxy, VPN, Tor, datacenter, or abuse signals when returned.
IP quality estimate
The displayed quality estimate is the inverse of the returned risk score: a risk score of 20 produces a quality estimate of 80. The grade groups that estimate into a simpler label; it is not an independent certification.
Location and inventory
Country, state, city, ZIP, carrier, and ISP details are shown only when supplied by the active product inventory or lookup response. Availability can change and blank fields are not inferred.
LIMITATIONS
What the results do not guarantee
An IP score cannot prove the identity, intent, or exact physical address of the person using an IP.
A clean reputation result does not guarantee access, account acceptance, delivery, or success on another platform.
Latency and exit-IP results are a point-in-time measurement and can change with routing and network conditions.
Proxy type and geolocation databases can disagree or contain stale information; use more than one signal for important decisions.
PreProx does not publish a measured success-rate, detection-rate, or compatibility guarantee.
SERVICE STATUS
Uptime and incident history
PreProx does not currently publish a historical status dashboard or public uptime SLA. We will link a verifiable incident history here when that reporting is available. For a current service concern, contact support with the affected product and timestamp.
